What I'm learning at Luther #10

A question in English:

It pays to have a good vocabulary. Or any vocabulary at all.

This guy sitting by me in the library (as I type) is having a loud conversation where, in the span of about 5 minutes, he must have said the word "like" about 80 times.

...and it doesn't as if he'll be done anytime soon.

He like, likes the word like, like a lot.

I'm a little late for the Magpie post, but here's my 2 cents worth:

I agree. God has accomplished a great deal in and through the lives of those involved with the ministry at the Magpie. I'm not sure any of us knew exactly what we were praying for when we first laid hands on the building and asked God to provide, but I can say that things have never been the same in my life since. There are certainly regrets and disappointments, but also plenty of fruit and some of the best memories of my life, not to mention a wife and the life we have together. "The Magpie" stands as a landmark in many peoples lives.

Blessings in your studies and all that. Incidentally, they have the same, like, expression in Hebrew, and I hear people saying it, like, way too much sometimes. I think it's a universal sort of thing. Like, wow.

Thank you, Cade, for your thoughts. Much love & blessings,

Russell
